Why hasn't my message arrived yet?
Although it only takes a fraction of a second for us to submit your message to the service centre, sometimes the mobile networks can't cope with the volume of messages being sent, resulting in delays. Over 1 billion messages are sent in the UK every month.
Normally the message will be received in a few seconds, however sometimes it can take up to an hour, and in rare cases up to 24 hours. Please remember that messages can be delayed if you use Message Magic to set up future reminders.
I sent a logo/picture message/ringtone to my phone but all it said was "Incompatible Format" or something similar (or nothing at all).
In general, our media services are only compatible with the following Nokia models: 51xx/nk402, 3210, 3310, 3330, 61xx/nk702, 6210, 6250, 71xx, 81xx, 8210, 88xx, 9000, 9110. If you want to try sending to another make/model you are free to try it, however if it doesn't work there's nothing we can do and your credits will be wasted.
